Our difference: We do not require credit verification or account history with our firm.  MRS relies on the credit of your general contractor.  However, we do require separated payment processing, in which we receive payment independent of our customers.  This is commonly referred to as "split checks".

We typically serve the construction arms of investment grade publicly traded REITs.  We will supply general and sub-contractors of developers with construction loans provided by the following financial institutions:

Depending on the products required, MRS typically has a project requirement of at least $100,000 of material.  We typically request copies with accompaniment affidavits from construction lenders in situations where the developer does not carry a rating of Baa3 from Moody's or BBB- from either Standard and Poor's or Moody's Investors Service, Inc.
